How do I care for my Stitchco pillow?
To ensure your Stitchco pillow will last for years to come, spot clean the Stitchgrid latex core. For the cotton slipcover, wash and dry on medium with no fabric softener or bleach, and warm iron if needed. Your pillowcase can be washed on medium with like colors, and tumble dried on low.
What materials are Stitchco pillows made with?
Our unique Stitchgrid core is made of talalay latex, a product of natural rubber that is hypoallergenic, eco-friendly, and designed to offer ultimate breathability and luxurious support.
Our pillow slipcover is a dimpled, moisture-wicking, non-microbial cotton that is made with an eco-friendly, chemical free manufacturing process.
The pillowcase is made with Coolmax hypoallergenic nylon, offering premier technology in breathability and hypoallergenic fabrics while providing the comfort that comes from knowing it's still safe for you and your family.
Can I use this pillow if I have a latex allergy?
Talalay latex doesn't cause an allergic reaction due to it's unique five-stage washing and flash-heating process. The manufacturing process removes and destroys the reaction-related proteins that can cause rubber latex allergies. According to the FDA, over the more than 35 years that these products have been used in bedding, there have been zero cases of allergic reactions to the natural rubber used in latex foam products.
Additionally, our hypoallergenic, antimicrobial pillow slipcase and cover keep your skin from direct contact with the latex itself. Talalay latex is also OEKO-TEX Class 1 certified safe, providing an extra layer of reassurance that you can sleep easy on the superior support and comfort provided by our Stitchgrid core.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the continental United States. We’re working on expanding shipping options, so stay tuned!
How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. From there, standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days, depending on where you live. We'll keep you updated on your order and send you tracking details as soon as it ships so you can follow along. See our full Shipping Policy for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a note at info@stitchco.com and we’ll do everything we can to update or cancel it for you. Once your order has shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can still request a return once it delivers to you (see our Returns Policy).

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Visit your Stitchco Account to request a return. Or, send us an email at info@stitchco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll email you with instructions to ship your pillow back to the warehouse.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to exchange is to return your pillow for a refund and place a new order for the one you’d like instead. This ensures you’ll get your replacement quickly. Visit your Stitchco Account or email us at info@stitchco.com to request a return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions by email.
