We want you to feel completely comfortable with your Stitchco pillow. That’s why we offer a 30-day sleep guarantee. Try it out at home, and if you don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Start a Return
The easiest way to start your return is by visiting your Stitchco account.
From your account, you can request a return directly. If you need any help, you can also email us at info@stitchco.com.
Eligibility for Returns

Your item must be in its original condition (no excessive wear, stains, or damage).

Proof of purchase is required (your order information is automatically verified when you start a return through your account).

Items sent back without first requesting a return through your account or via email will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Prefer a different firmness or profile? The quickest way to get the pillow you want is to request a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the refund.)
